Hefeweizen is fermenting

Grain SteepingRocky Top Hefeweizen, my second homebrew. This beer is currently undergoing transformation in my closet. I actually got a lot of help with this one. First we boiled the wheat for one hour before adding the malt extract, it smelled just like cream of wheat. Then we followed the standard brewmaking process. I must say that this beer smells much better while boiling than the amber I tried the first time. I pitched the yeast shortly after midnight last night and this morning it was fermenting like mad, so we should have beer to drink in two weeks.  The picyure to the right is of grain steeping for about an hour before any addition of other ingredients.
