The latest installation of home brew. The Tumwater Tripel is from Rocky Top Brewing Supply and seems like it is going to rock! This is the 4th type of Rocky Top Brew that we have tried and we have yet to be dissapointed.

Hefeweizen is fermenting
Rocky Top Hefeweizen, my second homebrew. This beer is currently undergoing transformation in my closet. I actually got a lot of help with this one. First we boiled the wheat for one hour before adding the malt extract, it smelled just like cream of wheat.
